How’s THAT for a non-biased question? Anyone care to answer feel free, for while it may not be the country it could have been or used to be, it STILL IS FREE.

It’s called "braille".

It’s a valid question, but the answer is dull and boring. When the guy working at the ATM factory is putting the buttons on, he simply has no idea where it’s going to end up.

And haven’t you ever driven through an ATM lane backwards, so your passenger can use it?

You mean you still don’t know, why they have braille at the drive up ATM’s?

because it is cheaper to get the same button pad made for both walk-up and drive-up atms, and since the walk-up atms have to have braille, then drive-up ones do too, just because it’s cheaper do make the machines that way
