If we park on driveways, and drive on parkways, why is there braile on the drive-up ATM?

Well, maybe the blind person is a passenger in the vehicle.

Trish: blind person being a passenger doesn’t make sense as an answer, because the blind person would have to get out, squeeze between the drive-up ATM and the car when he could just tell the driver to use the ATM for him or use a regular ATM.
all ATMs are manufactured the same. the braille is there on all ATMs whether they are drive-up ones or not, so the non-drive-up ATMs can have braille for people to use.

But did you ever take the time to ponder over what the Braille says? Could be:
Enter Pin #
Balance/withdrawal etc
Amount
Receipt-bearing-environmental-factors-in-mind
THERE’S NO PARKING HERE YOU KNOW.
