Why is there Brail on a Drive Up ATM?

Not to be a jerk or anything, but you see all these ATMs that you drive up to, why exactly is there brail on them, blind people cannot drive.

It is not cost efficient to make two separate keypads, so the makers of ATM’s put braille on all of them.

That’s easy, the blind drive everyday. I see them in traffic and on the interstate all the time. I had one behind me tonight on the way home from work. I know he/she had bad eye sight because they obviously needed to be 6 millimeters off my bumper to see me. The best part was, no matter how hard they tried to read the size of my trailer hitch ball, the farm tractor
climbing the hill in front of me didn’t go any faster. Amazing!
