Why does a drive through ATM have brail?

I mean, are there actually BLIND drivers? Damn, and I thought my girlfriend was dangerous behind the wheel…

When the buttons are made noone knows if they are going to be used in a drive through or not. They have only one type (the one with brail) and that what they use. It makes sense.
