"Licences and permits
Some types of businesses may ...[ fine until...] ....operate and sell good [put an 's' on to make GOODS] [then fine] until.

Some licences for nightclubs are obvious but [put comma here], for example,[put comma here] a business [...] catering licence.

To create a great atmosphere in my coffee shop [all fine until...] am breaking the law as I do not have their (put 'the' not 'their') license to do so in public. (The rest is fine)

Legal responsibilities (put colon):

Careful attention needs to be paid to businesses’ staff and their rights. There are many laws affecting health and safety (give Health & Safety capitals) at work, paying and equal opportunities.

Health and safety (Give Health & Safety capitals)

Stringent rules are set out [...] in Britain is the Health and safety (capital for 'Safety') at Work Act. This sets the minimum standards which employers must maintain [insert 'in' or 'within') the working environment and workplace. This includes:
• Businesses must provide all necessary safety equipment and clothing
• Making sure that workers have regular brakes (spell it 'breaks' not brakes'.)
(the rest is OK)

I must make sure that my own business meets all legal requirements, specifically health and safety (again, capitals) [rest of para fine].

Contract of employment
Anyone employed in the business [insert 'must'] within two months of starting work [take 'must' out] [insert comma], receive [lose 'd' of received'] a contract of employment that clearly sets out their conditions and service such as duties, hours of work, job title and description, holiday pay, sick pay agreement, the amount of pay and how often payments will be made etc. Each contract [rest of para fine].

Thinking about my own business, I must guarantee [nb I've rewritten this bit] - that each new employee should, within two months, have a contract of employment that clearly sets out all conditions, duties and responsibilities.

According to HM Revenue & Customs...[no mistakes here]

Discrimination [no mistakes here]

Disability Discrimination Act 1995 –[no mistakes here]

The Race Relations Act 1976 [no mistakes here]

As an owner of a business, I must make sure I meet all of these requirements listed above. I should also remember that part-time workers must also be given the same rights and contortions [Not 'contortions' - you mean 'conditions'] as full-time workers.

To meet The Disability Discrimination Act, my business must offer toilets for disabled people, menu in “Brail [this is spelled 'Braille' ] language” for the benefit of [the - could cut 'the'] blind people and each service provided by my business must be equally available for disabled people."<br><b>References : </b><br>
