This is a documentary about a boy (Ben Underwood) who has taught himself to use echo location to navigate around the world. Ben Underwood is blind, but has managed to do some truly extraordinary feats.

I don’t think so, although there is an award named for him.

Although we’d assume a driver could help the blind passenger with an ATM transaction, the ADA said it was not allowed because this didn’t give the blind person complete and independent access to the ATM. How weird.
