The Sealed Cavern
To open the tombs of the three Regis, you must first unseal the Sealed Cavern.
To do this, capture a Relicanth to put as first poke and Wailord as your last poke. After you’ve done this, fly to Pacidflog Town, and surf towards the fast currents, staying low.

Eventually, you’ll find an area you can dive in, that the currents try to push
you away from. This can take some practice, but keep trying to make it into
that calm water area. Dive down and enter the Sealed Chamber.

Go to the back, and read to Braille wall. The wall will tell you to use Dig.
Use dig in the middle of the wall and a door will appear. Enter and read the
Braille on the wall there. There will be an earthquake and the game will say
something along the lines of "It sounds like something opened somewhere".

~!~Regirock~!~

Now that the tombs are open, its time to hunt down the first of three Regis,
Regirock. You remember the sandstorm area next to Lavaridge right? Go there. In
the Southeast corner of the desert, you’ll see a conspicuous mountain type
thing, surround by rocks. There will be a door in the large rock, enter. Read
the Braille and then go two steps to the right, and two steps down. Use
Strength. The Braille wall should open. Walk in a talk to Regirock to initiate
the fight.

~!~Regice~!~

Now that you have Regirock firmly in tow, time to head off and capture Regice.
Regice can be found North of Dewford. Surf to the left of your screen until you
find an island with a similar setup as Regirock’s desert tomb. Enter the door
and read the Braille. Read it again. Now wait. Patience is a virtue, and it
might take a couple of minutes, but the door will open. Enter, talk to regice
and prepare for battle.

~!~Registeel~!~

Registeel is, in my opinion, the most difficult Regi to find. First, you must
be at the entrance of the Safari Zone. Go to the left, and keep going until you
see a staircase. This will lead you into a rainy area. Once you’re there, you
can find the tomb where Registeel is located. Go in and read the Braille. Now
move to the center of the room and use Fly. The door should open.

Why is there braile in a drive thru atm when blind people can’t drive?

January 12, 2012 - 10:24 pm 5 Comments

no it’s not for the passengers. it’s because ATMs are all manufactured the same, with braille. making special ones without braille is unnecessary, more expensive, and just more hassle. who cares if it’s there?

Why do they put brail letters in the drive thru ATM?

Why do they put brail letters in the drive thru ATM?

"/

They don’t. They put Braille on the keypads. They are the same keypads used INSIDE where blind people are likely to go. They don’t make special keypads without Braille for OUTSIDE ATMs.

Do People make brail computers for blind people?

I was just wondering if they make brail screen computers for blind people anyone know???

There are a variety of computers peripherals and software designed for people who are blind. A person who is blind can use a computer just as easily as a person who is not if they are able to read Braille and almost as well via voice. The problem lies in the people who create websites which may not be accessible to the assistive technology the person has.

The screen itself is not different – although a person who is blind may prefer to use a touch screen.

Secret cave in pokemon emerald?

So went down route 134 in the ocean current and found this small area where I could dive. Went down into an underwater cave and there was writing on the wall that when looked at gives a pop up message. But the message is just a bunch of dots? What does it say? May be written in brail?

Yes, that’s braille. It has something to do with Relicanth, and Wailord, with Dig. Doing this side quest unlocks the caves for Registeel, Regirock and Regice. I dunno the exact steps anymore, it’s been a long time since I played that, so search the net. But I’m sure you’ll need Relicanth and Wailord, first and last in your party.

How to learn braille in a week?

November 27, 2011 - 8:36 pm 6 Comments

I’m in college and i have a special education class, the teacher said that we need to learn how to read braille for the next week, if we can’t that’s 10 points less from our final grade. So i need some tips about learning braille please. Thank You.
@Kevin Actually, that’s exactly what he plans : /

I doubt very much you understood the task. You cannot learn to read Braille in a week. Not even in a semester. You could learn to visually read Braille letters in a week. Or learn the basic gramatical structure of Braille. Or learn about the different grades of Braille. You need to discuss this with your professor further.

Why do they put brail dots on the keypad of the drive-up ATM?

Why would a drive thru ATM have brail? A blind person shouln’d be driving..?

November 14, 2011 - 3:42 am 13 Comments

Your government at work!

A federal law passed several years ago required ATM machines to provide equal access to disabled persons. The law doesn’t differentiate between drive-up or walk-up machines, so now ALL ATMs have to have braille letters available on the key pads.

If you were half blind would you learn brail incase you went completley blind?

yes, that would be a good idea.
